Our client a global technology leader is currently looking for a IT Support Engineer:-
In this role as a IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing Network/Infrastructure support to users across the business.
Responsibilities & Experience:-
- Work within the IT Support Team to provide excellent customer service to a mix of technical and non-technical stakeholders in a rapidly growing business.
- Being hands-on and acting as the point of contact for IT issues in the London HQ Office.
- Assist in configuring new hardware and software for new employees joining the business
- Using Azure, 365 and AD to administer and manage access and permissions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for tasks and processes managed by the IT team, for both end-users and other IT staff using Confluence.
- Support of cloud-based telephone system (DialPad).
- Purchasing of new IT equipment for new and existing staff members.
- Managing the Office-based IT services; Wi-Fi, Network, 802.1x, Internet connectivity, AV equipment.
- Arranging Shipping and collection of hardware for remote users.
- There will be occasional travel required to other offices, where all travel will be prepaid.
