Technology Manager - Finance Systems

This is a hybrid role with the expectation to work out of either the Leeds or Manchester office 1-2 days per week and paying up-to £80,000 per annum + benefits

• Lead Finance Technology Strategy - Define and drive a roadmap for finance systems across the European business.
• Own Key Finance Systems - Oversee Coda, SAP Concur, Proactis, Business Central, and more.
• Bridge IT & Finance - Work closely with Finance leadership and IT teams to deliver scalable, effective solutions.
• Optimise & Enhance - Ensure finance systems run smoothly, efficiently, and future-proof them for growth.
• Manage Vendors & Service Performance - Own relationships, oversee SLAs, and drive service excellence.
• Support & Train - Help teams adopt and leverage technology to its full potential.
• Drive Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve finance technology and business processes.
• Deliver a Major Transformation Project - Lead a cross-functional initiative to review and enhance finance systems.

• Strong technical background in finance systems - ideally Coda, SAP Concur, Proactis, or similar.
• Experience in IT systems, service management, and vendor relationships.
• Strategic thinker & problem solver - able to align technology with business goals.
• Hands-on experience in finance technology transformation projects.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Not a Project Manager role - this is for someone with a technical IT/Finance systems background.
