We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a German Speaking Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Process Manager (Medical Device Sector). The role is a permanent position based in Solothurn Canton with good home office allowance.

Your Role:

  • Hold responsible for the support, further development & processes of a Document Management System (ProNovia).
  • Support key users & provide second-level support in compliance with ITIL Processes & legal guidelines in cooperation with IT module supervisors.
  • Train IT system users.
  • Optimize procedures & processes in terms of quality, costs & time specifications.
  • Collaborate in projects & hold responsibility for process definition & project results.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders & process owners.
  • Create training & quality documents (system documentation).

Your Skills:

  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in SAP/Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Environments &/or Process Management.
  • Skilled providing IT Support.
  • Experienced in Project Management.

Your Profile:

  • Completed Higher Education/University Degree in IT, Project/Process management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or similar.
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Process-oriented, structured & self-driven.
  • Fluent English & German language skills (to at least C1 level) are mandatory requirements.
