Essential Requirements:
- Location: Hybrid (2 days on-site in Coventry)
- Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
- Contract: Inside IR35 - 6 months
- Shifts: 24/7 support, on-call availability
Technical Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in Infrastructure & Cybersecurity domains
- Strong ITIL knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
- SIEM, IAM/PAM, Firewalls, Vulnerability Management, Encryption, Cloud/On-Prem Infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with tools like:
- Managed Engine Ops (Performance & Availability Monitoring)
- Trellix (AV malware, SIEM, DLP, Encryption, EPO)
- Tenable SC (Vulnerability Management)
- AXIOM (HRSM Security - Log Inspection, Investigation)
- ARCON (Endpoint Privilege Management)
- CISCO FNC (Firewall Management Console)
- CISCO Firepower & Fortigate (Remote Access)
Service & Delivery Management:
- Lead L2 & L3 teams in 24x7 support
- Track KPIs and monitor SLAs to ensure performance & avoid penalties
- Governance model - regular reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
- Stakeholder engagement - manage escalations & communicate risks/issues
- Project & Risk Management - maintain risk register, plan mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in IT service operations
Desired Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory):
- Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, SANS, ISACA, ISC2)
