Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Embedded Product Owner with a strong focus on Requirements Gathering and Analysis to drive the success of our Embedded systems projects. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-focused solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, define, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
Ensure clarity and feasibility of requirements for the development team.
Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.

Analysis:
Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to assess new features and enhancements.
Analyze and document current systems, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide actionable insights from stakeholder feedback and market research.

Product Ownership:
Act as the voice of the customer within the Agile team, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Own and manage the product backlog, defining sprint goals and prioritizing tasks.
Collaborate with QA and developers to ensure product quality and usability.

Embedded Systems Focus:
Work closely with hardware and software teams to deliver Embedded solutions.
Understand technical constraints and ensure requirements are aligned with the capabilities of Embedded systems.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate workshops and meetings to refine requirements and solutions.
Provide regular updates on product progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Embedded systems or related fields.
Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis.

Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of Embedded systems development, hardware-software integration, and Real Time operating systems (RTOS).
Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile management tools.
Knowledge of UML, SysML, or other modelling techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
Experience in automotive, IoT, or industrial automation industries.
Familiarity with communication protocols like CAN, I2C, SPI, or MQTT.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
