My leading financial services client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work in their Change & Transformation team, This role will involve business analysis activities across more complex projects and programmes, ensuring its clients receive consistently excellent services and promoting a culture of mutual understanding through effective communication across the business.

Successful candidates will have:

• Experience of the end-to-end project life cycle and associated BA tools and skillsets (from requirements gathering, through to solution development, process/workflow mapping through to embedding of associated benefits).
• An effective team player with experience of working in multi-disciplinary project teams.
• A track record in solving problems and driving quality outputs to land continuous improvement/business analysis change.
• A track record for personally delivering business outcomes, including providing innovative solutions to complex business problems/opportunities underpinned by business analysis activities.
