CDE/BIM Architect - 6 months - Inside IR35 - Hybrid

We are seeking a CDE/BIM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of integrated CDE/BIM solutions that align with our business objectives and evolving technology landscape. This role is focused on architecting scalable CDE/BIM integrations, enhancing digital construction environments, and ensuring seamless connectivity with enterprise and third-party systems. The position offers a hybrid working model on an initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and implementation of CDE/BIM architectures and services, ensuring seamless integration with platforms such as AutoDesk Construction Cloud.
• Manage BIM model integration, perform clash detection using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360, and resolve conflicts between disciplines.
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEPs) in alignment with industry standards (eg, ISO 19650).
• Set up and maintain a Common Data Environment (such as AutoDesk Construction Cloud) to ensure smooth collaboration and data sharing across project teams.

What you Will Ideally Bring:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing CDE/BIM architectures and services, specifically with platforms like AutoDesk Construction Cloud.
• Deep expertise in solution design and architecture, including the application of standard architectures and patterns in various hosting environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Hybrid/3 days a week in Warwick
• Day Rate: Up to £600 per day - (Inside IR35)
