Head of Technology - Manchester - Perm

Method Resourcing has partnered with a company who are embarking on a multi-year transformation, and we are looking for a Head of Technology.

As Head of Technology, you be a driving force in formulating the business strategy and aligning a new technology estate, practices, and processes in achieving the business goals.

You will spearhead projects that will optimise and enhance the customer experience through cutting-edge innovations such as AI, cloud computing, and data automation.

A Microsoft house, this company needs someone who understands the Microsoft ecosystem and can modernise the existing Microsoft estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Digital Initiatives: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, implementing impactful digital solutions that align with business goals.
• Inspire and Develop a High-Performing Team: Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the technology and transformation teams.
• Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of tech trends, introducing tools and systems that propel our business forward.
• Strengthen Cybersecurity: Implement robust measures to protect our operations and mitigate risks.
• Enhance Decision-Making with Data: Leverage technology to provide robust management of data to underpin insights that shape strategic direction.
• Manage Resources Effectively: Oversee budgets, optimise vendor relationships.

This is a permanent role with a base salary of £120,000 as well as other benefits.
