Lead Architect - Integration & Middleware, Web Applications, Data, AI, Azure, London Market - Permanent £100,000

A leading Lloyd's Market Insurer is seeking a Lead Architect to drive the technical design of innovative digital products. Embedded within Agile Product teams, this role ensures architectural alignment while delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate product vision into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead architectural impact assessments and planning.
• Develop and maintain solution architecture and reusable patterns.
• Guide development teams in technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with Data, Security, and IT Infrastructure teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in at least two of the following: Integration & Middleware, Web Applications, Data & AI solutions.
• Proven background in Agile, product-based delivery.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Azure, API frameworks, and data governance is advantageous.
• To be considered for this role, you must have a background in the London Insurance Market.
