A growing insurance business is seeking a Systems Analyst to join their team and provide support to system users across the company's IT infrastructure.

Location: Central London, EC3A - 3 days per week

- Proven experience in supporting policy admin systems.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and deploying vendor applications.
- Strong knowledge of Windows (10-11, Server ), SQL, Transact-SQL, and SSIS.
- Familiarity with ITIL (incident, problem, change, release) and Service Desk platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Halo).
