Location: London (Highly Flexible Remote Working)
Salary: £76,500 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Annual Leave: 30 days + Bank Holidays
Pension: Up to 10% employer contribution

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect (Infrastructure) to play a pivotal role in shaping and modernizing our infrastructure strategy. As part of a major transformation initiative, this role will help bridge the gap between on-premises and cloud technologies while ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and enterprise-class solutions.

This is a highly flexible remote position, though some presence in London may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide infrastructure roadmaps and architectural frameworks.
  • Provide strategic leadership, guiding the transition towards a modern, cloud-first, zero-trust infrastructure.
  • Oversee governance of infrastructure design and implementation across multiple change initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with strategic goals.
  • Lead a small team of Solution Architects, ensuring best practices and fostering professional growth.
  • Engage with vendors and internal teams to deliver cost-effective, well-integrated technology solutions.
  • Advocate for strong stakeholder management, ensuring engagement across business and technology functions.

About You

We are looking for a well-rounded Enterprise Architect with a balance of on-premises and cloud expertise. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in enterprise-wide architecture and infrastructure transformation.
  • A generalist approach to architecture, focusing on strategic alignment rather than deep technical specialization.
  • Strong background in Azure and on-prem IT infrastructure (VMware, Cisco, Microsoft Entra, M365, Intune, MS Security Suite, Telephony Systems, etc.).
  • A track record of stability and long-term impact in previous roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
  • ine management experience or the willingness to lead a small team of Solution Architects.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture tooling (eg, Ardoq) and frameworks such as TOGAF (preferred).

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a transformational journey to modernize infrastructure and drive strategic change.
  • Work in a highly flexible, remote-friendly environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
  • Enjoy industry-leading benefits, including a generous pension and leave package.
  • Collaborate with passionate professionals dedicated to making a real impact.

If you are ready to step into a highly strategic, leadership-focused architecture role, we would love to hear from you.
