Job Title: Site Manager
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Maidstone
Day Rate: £250 - £300 per dat depending on experience
Client:
A reputable Tier 1 Contractor who specialises in wide range of sectors including, Schools, healthcare, MOJ, Commercial and Care Homes
Project:
A new build steel frame education facility which will consist of classrooms, reception area, and cafeteria as well as all external landscaping.
Job role:
Site Manager who will be reporting into a on site Project Manager and will be responsible for the internal aspects of the build which will include, dry lining, partition walls, suspended ceilings, floor laying, M&E Installation.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Internal Subcontractors
Carrying out Tool box talks and Inductions
Issuing Permits when required
Liaising with the client and external stakeholders
Attending and chairing progress meetings with Subcontractors and Clients
Requirements:
Experience working on a School would be advantageous
Experience working with a Tier 1 Contractor
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
5+ years overseeing internal fit out packages
