Our market leading client are looking for a Problem Manager to join an exciting innovative project in Strasbourg. They are looking for a Problem Manager with experience working with ITIL framework that is looking to join their team in Strasbourg who are taking a monumental project that will have global impacts.

As a Problem Manager with (ITIL Experience), you will:

  • Handle incoming requests
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of incidents
  • Manage the complete implementation of root cause fixes
  • Root Cause Analysis- Collating information from past and present errors.
  • Actively drive the creation and improvement of problem tickets in partnership with Incident Management

Requirements:

  • professional experience as Problem Manager in medium to large, complex client operational environments
  • Experience working with ITIL Methodology
  • English speaking
  • EU Citizen
