D365 CE Program Manager/London/Retail/Sales/Marketing/Implementation/CRM/Power Platform
One of our clients who we have previously supported on the ERP side are now looking to implement a new D365 CRM and are on the lookout for an experienced Program Manager to spearhead the project.
About them:
They operate within the retail space to turn excess stock into valuable resource with the main mission to prevent waste. This is all redistributed throughout their network of outlets which helps brings communities together.
Having been stuck on a relatively basic and Legacy CRM system they need someone with experience migrating and implementing D365 CRM On-Cloud as well as experience with the Sales and Marketing modules as these are areas they are looking to exploit.
As Program Manager you will need to be hands-on to help shape and guide the delivery of change and will contribute to maintaining the cohesiveness of change activities across all Program activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction throughout the design, build, and implementation phases.
- Complete all project plans, implement measures to track and control progress against the plan.
- Define, gain approval of, and manage the project budget.
- Plan and facilitate effective meetings and workshops with well-structured agendas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage 3rd party suppliers to secure delivery targets.
- Be comfortable interviewing and recruiting members for the team through your own network.
Requirements:
- Experience working hands on with D365 CE as well as with the Sales and Marketing modules
- Experience managing teams utilising Power Platform
- Ability to challenge and influence at all levels.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on driving positive changes.
- Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to meeting their needs.
- Resilient with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Previous management and transformation experience
Benefits:
- Up to £110,000 starting salary (DOE)
