Senior Project Manager - Hybrid - Cheshire -

Our long-standing client, within the hospitality sector, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex and high-impact projects. The role will be integral in driving their exciting and ambitious digital transformation and you'll need to have a strategic mindset, a strong technical background, proven experience in delivering challenging projects and a natural ability to engage and build strong working relationships with both colleagues and stakeholders alike.

What you'll be doing:

Leading the end to end delivery of complex, transformational projects whilst developing and maintaining plans, timelines and budgets

Supporting and driving your project team to achieve high performance through consistent coaching, mentoring, guidance and feedback

Collaborating and influencing the wider group to ensure UK requirements are met

Consistently horizon scanning for upcoming features and industry tech trends

Engaging with and managing cross-functional teams and global stakeholders

Providing technical guidance and leadership to the Dev teams

Identifying and mitigating risks whilst managing change successfully

Keeping all stakeholders informed with consistent progress updates

What you'll need:

Proven experience as a Senior PM, successfully delivering complex technical projects

A strong technical foundation, understanding implementation and migration best practices, as well as customisation, configuration and integration

Experience working with global teams effectively

A natural and confident ability to lead and mentor teams

A deep knowledge of PM methodologies (agile, waterfall, wagile)

Experience leading ERP transformation
