Technical Authority (Network/IP) - Contract - Hybrid working (London) - £competitive

Synergize Consulting are now hiring for a Technical Authority/Consultant to work at a leading consultancy client on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with customers in the public sector, to work with technical teams in order to review existing VOIP services within the sector as a whole, and establish new frameworks for the running of such services and the relationships with third-party suppliers.

The consultant joining this role will act as a technical lead, and will provide overarching assurance of the delivery and ensure that the customer's outcomes are achieved.

Experience required:

- An excellent all-round IT knowledge, including expert skills within networks, telecoms and VOIP.

- A background working at consultant level, having led delivery and implementation of such technologies.

- Demonstrable experience configuring and operating public VOIP services.

- Knowledge/experience of public VOIP vulnerabilities

- Ability to work with delivery teams to assure progress is aligned to the plan, and collaboratively determine how to achieve the best customer outcomes.

- Previous public sector experience would be highly desirable

- Experience of working to Agile methodologies

- Strong leadership abilities

- Experience of working with multi-supplier teams

- Due to the nature of the role, it would be an advantage for candidates to hold, or be eligible and willing to undergo a certain level of security clearance (SC).
