Your new role
I am currently working with a client who are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Technical Lead to join their dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of S/4HANA, ensuring the project's technical aspects are executed flawlessly. The role requires a deep technical understanding of SAP implementations and a thorough knowledge of data migration processes. You will be working with multiple project teams as well as a consultancy, and will be liaising with colleagues globally on this massive project.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the technical aspects of the S/4HANA implementation project.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of SAP solutions.
Develop and implement technical strategies to meet project goals and timelines.
Perform technical evaluations and provide recommendations to improve system performance.
Ensure the integrity and security of data throughout the migration process.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team.
Liaise with multiple project teams and external consultancy to ensure alignment and progress.
Communicate effectively with global colleagues to coordinate and drive project success.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.

Experience needed
Proven experience as a SAP Technical Lead, with a strong track record in SAP implementations.
In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA and its technical components.
Expertise in data migration processes within SAP environments.
Strong understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and integration points.
Proficiency in ABAP programming and debugging.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
An understanding of various SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HR/HCM, PM, PS, and LE.
